Shipping Information

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: 1-2 business days

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions.

Our Returns Commitment

We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all packaging intact. Our York-based team handles each return with the same attention to detail found in our Bar Excellence and Dartington Gallery collections.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate nature or customization, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Caithness Paperweights (unless damaged in transit)
  • Ceramic Art Vases with personalized elements
  • Flower Bottle Vases that have contained water

Returns Process

  1. Notification: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Our York team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Packaging: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials – we recommend the same care as when shipping our Champagne Glasses.

Exchange Process

For exchanges within our ALL DRINKWARE COLLECTIONS or HOMEWARE ranges:

  1. Follow the standard returns process above
  2. Specify desired replacement item from our COLLECTIONS
  3. We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed with the same efficiency we apply to crafting our British Made Glassware:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Appearance: Allow 3-10 business days for bank processing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Limelight collection item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange replacement shipping at no cost
