Our Returns Commitment

We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all packaging intact. Certain fragile collections may have specific requirements:

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate nature, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Caithness Paperweights (unless damaged in transit)
  • Ceramic Art Vases with personalized elements
  • Flower Bottle Vases that have contained water

Returns Process

  1. Notification: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Our York-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Packaging: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials – we recommend the same care as when shipping our Champagne Glasses.

Exchange Process

For exchanges within our ALL DRINKWARE COLLECTIONS or HOMEWARE ranges:

  1. Follow the standard returns process above
  2. Specify desired replacement item from our COLLECTIONS
  3. We’ll process once original item is received

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed with the same efficiency we apply to crafting our Bar Excellence sets:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Appearance: Allow 3-10 business days for bank processing
